“Take ten minutes to sit still and just breathe”

Oh…. I’m a working mum with 2 jobs and 2 children! Ten minutes?!?!? How on earth will I find that time? I remembered yesterday that I have the Headspace app provided free as I work in education (see here for info) so decided then that I would try out something from there.

I found some time to do that towards the end of the day, using one of the guided meditations. Headspace is definitely an app I should use more. Perhaps I’ll manage to make a little time to do that? 10 minutes felt a very long time, and I did feel better and more calm afterwards. How hard can it be to find 10 mins in every day, after all? If you’ve got ideas on how to achieve that, I’d love to hear them.
