The one about 7th pie heaven
This week, I decided to tackle my first sweet pie – a traditional Bakewell tart! The puff pastry was shop bought, on the advice of Si & Dave, but everything else was homemade.
It was a delicious pudding after a roast dinner at the weekend. Perfect with vanilla ice cream.
