The one with Pie 5

Another week, another pie.

28th January was another HBPP (Hairy Bikers perfect Pie) – tuna mayonnaise plate pie.  A lazy recipe this week – store cupboard ingredients but I did make my own shortcrust pastry.  This would make a great picnic food or a summer supper.  It was really simple to make, and lovely cold for lunch the following day!
