The one with the holidays ahead
Says it all really! Day 2 of the Easter hols and the sun is shining. Spend Sunday in the garden, planting far too many seeds! Just got to hope that some germinate now.
We went to RHS Harlow Carr on Saturday, and there was the famous quote “one is nearer God’s love in the garden than anywhere else on Earth”. I’m sure those who climb mountains or dive might argue that there are more stunning places on Earth than my little veg patch, but with the kiss of the sun for pardon and the song of the birds for mirth, I can’t think of anywhere I’d rather be.
